This premium J.T.Lamy 'LBVA1' Viola bow honours the craft and expertise of the Mirecourt master bow-maker Dominique Peccatte.
J.T.Lamy ‘Peccatte’ bow blanks are crafted from the finest Pernambuco tonewood seasoned for over 5 years with each blank tested to ensure superb resonance and musicality.
Bow frogs are cut from fine Burmese Ebony and hand-finished with ‘925’ sterling silver fittings. The grips are made from high quality leather and wound with ‘925’ Silver wire, and the bow hair is Mongolian horsetail, prized for its thickness and strength.
Each J.T.Lamy bow is handmade under the supervision of a Master Archetier in Suzhou, China and is supplied in a presentation box with a certificate of authenticity.
