Returning an Instrument

We make returning your rented instrument easy in 3 simple steps.

​

1. Make sure your instrument is returned with everything provided please call us on 01202 090647 if you're unsure.

2.  Make sure you've packaged the instrument up safely, we do charge if there is damage. in transit 

3. Arrange to ship or deliver your instrument back to us using the form below (Please use name we have on the Direct Debit) . Once we have your request we will be in contact with a DPD drop at shop label.

(Please do not cancel your direct debit, we will do this on the day the instrument arrives back with us.)

Once your instrument arrives back with us you will receive an email confirming this and if it has been successfully put back into stock, we will return your deposit within a 48 hour period.
